Q: How do I take advantage of your generous 60 day in-home trial offer?

A: Order any BedLounge or LegLounger from our website, and you'll have a full 60 days to try your products in the comfort of your own home. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us and we'll make arrangements to return your product for a full refund.

Q: When does my 60 day trial begin?

A: We want to make sure you have a full 60 days to try your BedLounge and LegLounger, so we only start counting once you receive the product.

Q: Does the 60 day trial apply to all of your products?

A: The 60 day trial offer applies to all BedLounges and LegLoungers, as well as any products purchased on the same order.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: We try to make the return process as easy as possible.

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 800-860-3949 and you'll receive a Return Authorization Code. Make sure to write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of all packages -- this will help us process your refund as quickly as possible.
  2. Prepaid Shipping Label. As soon as we issue your Return Authorization Code, we'll immediately send you a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label to send your package back to us. You should receive it by mail within 1 to 7 days. At this time, prepaid shipping labels are only available to customers within the continental United States.
  3. Ship Your Package. If you are using a prepaid FedEx shipping label, simply put your item back in its original box, affix the shipping label over any previous labels, and drop the package off at any FedEx or Kinkos locations. Please note that we have specifically engineered our product boxes to withstand the rigors of shipping, so its very important that all returned products come in their original package. (See below if you have misplaced your original box)
  4. Your Refund. As soon as we receive your package back, we'll process your refund to the credit card you used to make your original purchase.

Q: Can I take advantage of your 60 day trial if I live outside of the continental United States?

A: We honor the 60 day free trial for all of our website customers. However, we are unable to extend the free shipping and return shipping offer to customers outside of the continental United States due to the high cost and unpredictability of shipping to these regions.

Q: I lost my original packaging - can I still return my product?

A: Contact us and we'll be happy to send you a replacement box for return shipping. There is no charge for this, but we ask that you pay the nominal cost of $7 for shipping the replacement box to you. If your item is returned in any other packaging, you may be liable for a $50 return fee.

Q: Will I be refunded the full purchase price?

A: You will receive a refund for the entire price you paid for your product, including any sales tax. We are unable to refund any fees for shipping outside the continental United States and/or for expedited shipping methods.
