Does the BedLounge/LegLounger come with a cover or do I need to purchase one seperately?

Yes, the BedLounge/LegLounger comes with your choice of one complimentary slipcover. Click here to see the BedLounge slipcovers.

Can I purchase extra covers?

Yes, you can purchase extra covers from us. We have two kinds of slipcovers – Small Size and Regular Size. Avaliable in Regular Size, the fabrics available are Velour Fleece, 100% Cotton, and Special Edition*. Available in Small Size, the fabrics are Velour Fleece and 100% Cotton. All Cotton and Velour Fleece covers are $34.99. Special Edition covers are $49.99.

The LegLounger slipcovers come in 100% Cotton, Velour Fleece, and Microsuede. The price for an extra LegLounger cover is $21.99

* Please note that the Special Edition Covers fit only the Regular Size BedLounge.

Are the slipcovers removable and machine washable?

Yes, both the Cotton and the Velour Fleece covers are removable and machine washable. We do recommend for the Special Edition and Microsuede covers to be Dry Cleaned. Click here for directions on how to clean your slipcover.

Does the BedLounge come in different sizes?

The BedLounge comes in two sizes – Small, for people 5’3” and under and Regular for those above 5’3”.

I am allergic to Feather & Down, what can I do?

We have a Hypoallergenic BedLounge for those who are allergic to feathers and down. The Hypoallergenic BedLounge is made of synthetic down and feathers. It provides you with the same support and comfort as the Regular BedLounge. The price for the Hypoallergenic BedLounge is only $15 extra than the Regular BedLounge.

Where are the BedLounge and LegLounger made?

Both the BedLounge and the LegLounger are made in Southern California, USA.

Do you guarantee the lowest price versus other vendors?

Yes. We are the product manufacturer, and we are glad to inform you we have the best BedLounge and LegLounger price on the market.

Where can I use the BedLounge/LegLounger?

The BedLounge has multiple uses. You can use it in your bed while reading, watching TV, or computing. Youngsters can use it on the floor while gaming or studying. The BedLounge is the perfect addition during your camping trip or for your RV. Furthermore, it provides excellent back support and comfort during Pregnancy or Nursing.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order with us, you will receive an email within 24 hours that will include your tracking information. If you do not have this email, then please contact our customer service department here or call toll free (800) 860-3949 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST). We will be happy to give you status of your order.

How long does it take to ship a BedLounge?

Please refer to the chart below to determine the length of time of shipping.

I need the product right away. Can you expedite the shipping?

Yes, we can expidite the shipping. We offer 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight shipping through FedEx. Please refer to the chart above.

What is your return policy?

You have 60 Days to try out the BedLounge and/or LegLounger. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can call our toll free number: 1 (800) 860-3949 (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM PST), and we will be more than happy to help you out with your return. If you have your original packaging, simply call us for a Return Authorization Code which will help us process your refund as quickly as possible. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to affix to the return box. Drop it off at any FedEx or Kinkos location and as soon as we recieve the package, we will issue your refund.

If you do not have the original packaging, contact us and we will send you a replacement box for return shipping. We only ask that you pay the nominal cost of $7 for shipping the box to you. Note:If your item is returned in any other packaging, you may be liable for a $50 return fee.
