    What is your return policy?

    All BedLounges and LegLoungers are covered by our 60 Day Return Policy.

    You have 60 days to try your BedLounge and/or LegLounger. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase hassle free. We provide all necessary labels and paperwork for the return. Once the product has been returned, a simple $10 shipping and handling fee (per label provided) will be deducted from your refund. (At this time, labels can only be provided for those within the continental states)

    BedLounge and LegLounger Covers are also returnable. Covers have a 30 day return policy. Prepaid return labels are not extended to covers unless they were purchased on the same order with a BedLounge or LegLounger.

    How do I return my BedLounge/LegLounger?

    We try to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Follow these simple steps:

    Return Authorization Code. First, contact us for your Return Authorization Code. Make sure to write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of all packages -- this will help us process your refund as quickly as possible.

    Prepaid Shipping Label. As soon as we issue your Return Authorization Code, we'll immediately email you a FedEx Ground prepaid shipping label to send your package back. At this time, prepaid shipping labels are only available to customers within the Continental United States.

    Ship Your Package. If you are using a prepaid FedEx shipping label, simply put your item back in its original box, affix the shipping label over any previous labels, and drop the package off at any FedEx location. Please note that we have specifically engineered our product boxes to withstand the rigors of shipping, so it is very important that all returned products come in their original package.

    Your Refund. Once we receive your package back, we'll process your refund to the credit card you used to make your original purchase.

    Will I be refunded the full purchase price?

    You will receive a refund for the product(s), including any sales tax, minus a simple $10 shipping and handling fee (per label provided).

    Do I need to have the original packaging to return my product?

    Our packaging is specifically designed to withstand the rigors of shipping and to be compliant with FedEx regulations. If you do not have your original packaging, contact us to receive a replacement box for return shipping.

    We only ask that you pay the nominal cost of $10 for shipping the box to you. Note: If your item is returned in any other packaging, you may be liable for a $50 return fee.

    Can I return the products on my own?

    You can return your products by any shipping carrier; however, we are unable to reimburse you for shipping expenses. You will need to contact us so we can authorize your return and give you a return authorization number and instructions.

    How much time do I have to return the product?

    You have 60 days from when you receive your product to request a Return Authorization Code. Once you have received a Return Authorization Code, you will have 30 days to ship your product back to us.

    Can I still return my product if I am located outside of the 48 Continental States?

    Yes, you can. Simply contact us for a Return Authorization Code and the address to ship your product to. Unfortunately, we are able to reimburse any shipping expenses.

    I paid for Express shipping, will those costs be refunded?

    Unfortunately, since we generously offer free shipping we are unable to reimburse expedited shipping costs.

    What is your Returns Department shipping address?

    Our Return Department's shipping address is: 1115 S. Los Angeles Street, 2nd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Please make sure your Return Authorization Code is written clearly on the outside of the box.

    Products returned without a valid Return Authorization cannot be refunded.

    Do I have to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box?

    If you are returning our products, you will need to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box this helps our returns department to locate your return and credit you faster. If you are using one of our return labels then your return authorization number will be on the top right of the Return Authorization form.
