Shipping FAQ

    How can I track my order?

    We will send you an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that sometimes these emails can be filtered into your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after one business day, then please contact us and we will happily give you the status of your order.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We ship internationally to most countries that the USPS delivers to. For orders going to Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Cypress and Switzerland, you can place your order directly on our website. If you would like your order to be delivered to a country not mentioned, contact us for a shipping quote.

    USPS offers two international shipping options: Express and Priority. Express usually takes 5-6 business days for your product to reach customs, while Priority generally takes 6-10 business days.

    Please note that due to the different procedures and requirements of each nation, we are unable to guarantee delivery times and provide these as estimates only. The estimated shipping time is for the package to reach customs. After that the package will be released to your local post for delivery.

    We do not charge any duties, customs or foreign taxes, though the destination country may impose them upon receipt.

    How much does it cost to ship my product?

    For shipping rates to your location, please place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, then enter your ship to state and zip code on the checkout page for full shipping details. Or you can contact customer service with any questions.

    I need my product right away. Can you ship it faster?

    Yes, we can expedite your order. We offer 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight shipping through FedEx. Please refer to the chart below.

    Please note that FedEx Express shipments (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) are delivered Monday through Friday only. We do not offer weekend delivery.

    Please note that all shipments are subject to Fedex's shipping policies. We are not liable (and cannot issue refunds or credits) for any delay resulting from weather, natural disasters, war, civil commotions, misinformation, omission, etc. For a full list, please see the FedEx terms page.

    In addition, FedEx cannot always guarantee Standard Overnight delivery to certain areas. If Overnight service is unavailable, you will be contacted either by phone or email by a customer service agent to update your shipping method. In certain cases we can upgrade you to Priority Overnight service for additional fees. To find out if Overnight service is available in your area please contact customer service.

    How long does it take to receive my BedLounge or LegLounger?

    Shipping Times

    Where do you ship from?

    All of our products are shipping from our facility in Los Angeles, CA.

    When will my order be shipped?

    All Express Shipping orders placed by 12PM ET will be shipped the same business day. Express orders placed after 12PM ET it will be shipped the following business day. Please note FedEx Express only delivers Monday through Friday.

    All other orders placed by 4PM ET will be shipped the following business day. (Please refer to the above chart for estimated delivery)

    Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays), and do not ship on weekends.

    Can you combine multiple products in the same box?

    We are unable to combine multiple products in the same box. We have specifically engineered our product boxes for each so they withstand the rigors of shipping and reach you in the best possible condition.

    Do I have to sign for my products during delivery?

    No. FedEx does not require a signature for delivery. If you would like to request Signature Required service for your package please contact us.
