How can I track my order?

When you place your order with us, you will receive an email within 24 hours that will include your tracking information with FedEx. If you do not have this email, then please contact our customer service department here or call toll free (800) 860-3949 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST). We will be happy to give you status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to receive my BedLounge or LegLounger?

Please refer to the chart below to determine the estimated time it will take to receive your package.


*FedEx Express (Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day) shipments are delivered on Monday-Friday; FedEx Home Delivery shipments are delivered Tuesday-Saturday.
**FedEx and USPS orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays
