Information Gathered by Bedlounge Web Site
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name (where possible), but not their email address. We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. On our registration and check out pages, consumers have the option to opt-in to receive email from our marketing partners.
Choosing Not to Receive Offers by email
As a Cequal's customer, you will automatically receive email confirmation of your orders, as well as notification of special offers from Cequal's, unless you notify us otherwise. Notify us by email, phone, fax, or standard mail to have your email address removed from our list. Please include your customer number if possible, to ensure accuracy.
If you chose to opt-in to receive email from our marketing partners, we will share with them your email address and the information described above, so they can send you offers for products and services that may be of interest to you. We will only share your email address if you have opted in by checking the box on the registration page. Additionally, each email our partners send you will include an easy opt-out enabling you to stop receiving future email.
If you choose to receive offers from our marketing partners, the personal information you have provided us and information about your order may be shared with third parties. This information may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase information) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. It may also be used by our marketing partners to bring you offers of interest.

You may also receive mailings from other reputable companies. You can, however, have your name put on our do-not-share list by writing, calling, or emailing Cequal's. (Please provide us with your exact name and address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list we share with other organizations.)

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will receive telephone contact from us only for information regarding an order they have placed on-line.
